Returns & Exchanges

At Pulp, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if a piece isn't perfect, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your unworn items back into their original packaging, ensuring all Pulp designer tags are still attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
